Public consultations on the draft law to amend Law No. 230/2022 on copyright and related rights were held under the auspices of the State Agency for Intellectual Property (AGEPI).
The purpose of the meeting was to discuss the proposed legislation with relevant stakeholders, including representatives of the business community, and to build a shared understanding of the draft.
FIA Moldova was represented by Ana Groza, Executive Director, accompanied by representatives of member companies involved in the field of copyright, who support the importance of active participation by all stakeholders at this stage of the draft’s finalization.
