On 13 October, FIA Executive Director, Ms Ana Groza, together with FIA members from the petroleum industry, participated at the Public Consultations, organized at the initiative of the Parliamentary Committee on Economy, Budget and Finance.
The Consultations referred to the draft Law on amending certain legislative acts (Attachment No. 1 to the Fiscal Code No. 1163/1997, Contraventions Code No. 218/2008, Attachment No. 2 to the Law No. 160/2011 on regulation by authorization of the entrepreneurship), that relate to regulation of the market on petroleum products.
FIA’s Position Paper will be submitted soon to the Parliament.
