“Increasing ecological resilience by involving the business environment” – an event organized by the American Chamber of Commerce in Moldova and PRIAevents, in partnership with the Ministry of Economy and Infrastructure of the Republic of Moldova, and the Ministry of Agriculture, Regional Development and Environment.
The presentations and discussions were held in 2 panels:
✅ the panel “Combating food waste in Moldova – current stage and challenges”, where the draft law on the prevention of food loss and waste, the mechanisms and benefits it offers to all parties involved in such activities were discussed.
✅ the panel “Development and application of waste legislation” was dedicated to popularizing the obligations of economic agents regarding compliance with the provisions of the Regulation on waste of electrical and electronic equipment; the Regulation on the management of batteries and accumulators and waste batteries and accumulators; and Packaging and Packaging Waste Regulation.
