The National Council for Dispute Resolution convened under the auspices of the State Chancellery of the Republic of Moldova, in a meeting chaired by the Deputy Secretary General of the Government, Lilia Dabija.
The purpose of the meeting was to review two draft secondary regulatory acts, part of the general legal framework on state inspections ⚖️.
An important highlight of the meeting was the signing of a collaboration agreement between the State Chancellery and the World Bank, aimed at developing a new Information System — the “State Register of Inspections”. The system is designed to enhance the efficiency and transparency of inspections, reduce administrative costs, and ease the burden on the business environment.
