On November 19, FIA Executive Director, together with FIA members participated at the meeting with National Agency for Food Safety General Director to discuss certain aspects provided in the new Government Decision no. 983 of October 17, 2018 “On the approval of the Regulation on the state border crossing of goods subject to control by the National Agency for Food Safety”.
As the result, the participants agreed to send the proposals analyzed at the meeting in accordance with the legislation in force. The National Agency for Food Safety employees showed openness to review the proposals submitted by business representatives, in order to improve the regulatory framework for commercial relations.
