Between 5 to 8 September 2023, the TAIEX Peer-review Mission of the Competition Council was held in the Republic of Moldova, during which the experts analyzed the efficiency of the institution and its ability to perform its tasks and responsibilities in accordance with the legislation in force.
FIA was represented at the discussions by Ana Groza , Executive Director.
The mission is part of the 9 steps that the Republic of Moldova needs to fulfil in order to start accession negotiations with the European Union.
