On 30 January, a meeting of the Economic Council to the Prime Minister of the Republic of Moldova was held in partnership with the Customs Service of the Republic of Moldova to discuss issues related to the practical implementation of secondary and tertiary legislation related to the new Customs Code No 95/2021, approved in the last days of December 2023.
Discussions focused in particular on those regulations, which concern export/import transactions, specifics of the activity of residents of the Free Economic Zones, as well as other related topics.
