Meeting on discussing sensitive aspects of the draft law on special investigative measures

FIA representatives had a meeting with the Minister of Justice, Mr. Sergiu Litvinenco, and the Secretary of State, Mrs. Veronica Mihailov, on 19 May.

The meeting focused on the sensitive aspects of the draft law on special investigative measures, which could create certain impediments for telecommunications companies in the future.

FIA members, present at the meeting, appreciated the openness of the Ministry of Justice and expressed their hope that the submitted proposals will be taken into account when finalizing the project.
