A new meeting of the Working Group on Labour Market Stimulation on the platform of the Ministry of Economic Development and Digitisation was held on 2 May.
FIA was represented by Cristina Tiscul, Project Manager, who presented an extensive set of proposals from members of the Foreign Investors Association community:
✅ Extension of the time limit for extending the right of residence for immigrant workers,
✅ implementation of the “Temporary Work Agent” concept,
✅ extension of the list of activities performed by day labourers,
✅ changes to the training and certification of staff provided for in the legislation, etc.
