A new meeting of the Working Group of the State Commission for the Regulation of Entrepreneurship was held on 23 May 2023.
According to the Agenda, following subjects were analyzed:
✅draft GD on the amendment of GD no. 285/1996 on the approval of the Regulation on the reception of constructions and related installations.

✅ The regulatory impact analysis and draft GD for the approval of the Regulation on the rules applicable for the purpose of facilitating international maritime traffic and the draft GD for the approval of the Regulation on the establishment of the environment related to the one stop shop in the maritime field

✅ The regulatory impact analysis to draft GD on the approval of the draft law for the amendment of some normative acts (alcoholic beverages and grapes).
