A new meeting of the Work Group on the capital market, created with the aim of initiating the process of improving the legal and regulatory framework to enable Moldovan companies to invest and access financing on the domestic and foreign markets, as well as diversifying sources of financing for domestic companies was held on 18 April.
The members of the WG pointed out several aspects that need to be improved in order for the capital market to integrate into the European financial circuit.
Based on the received proposals, solutions that will contribute to facilitating and stimulating the exchange of capital, developing the respective infrastructure and last but not least – educating the market will be identified.
