Meeting of the WG on the access of MD issuers to international capital markets

Ms Ana Groza participated at the first meeting of the Working Group, set up within the Ministry of Economic Development and Digitization, chaired by the Deputy Prime Minister, Mr Dumitru Alaiba and the Secretary of State, Ms Veronica Arpintin, with the participation of several specialists, representatives of the Ministry of Finance, the National Commission for Financial Markets, the National Bank, as well as relevant business associations, on 7 April.

Thus, the discussions focused on the analysis of the existing legal and regulatory framework and the identification of the barriers that hinder the access of Moldovan issuers to international capital markets.
