On 18 August, the first meeting of the Working Group created for the purpose of improving the legal framework on the protection of personal data took place under the auspices of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Moldova.
Being a sensitive and important subject, all participants stressed the need to align with the provisions of EU law, especially in the context of Moldova’s status as a candidate country.
