Meeting of the WG of the State Commission for the Regulation of Entrepreneurial Activity

On the 12^th of November 2024, the Ordinary Meeting of the Working Group of the State Commission for the Regulation of Entrepreneurial Activity took place.

The meeting agenda included 5 topics to be examined, such as:

1. Substantiation Note and the draft Government Decision on the approval of the Regulation on beer and beer-based beverages.
2. Substantiation Note and the draft Government Decision on amending Government Decision no. 938/2018 for the approval of the Regulation on the manner of crossing the state border of goods subject to control by the National Food Safety Agency.
3. Substantiation Note and the draft Government Decision on establishing temporary measures to prevent the introduction of harmful organisms into the territory of the Republic of Moldova.
4. The draft Law on the public sanitation service.
5. Substantiation Note and the draft Government Decision for the amendment of the Government Decision No. 774/2016 on the selling prices of socially important products.
