Meeting of the WG of the State Commission for the Regulation of Entrepreneurial Activity

On the 22^nd of October 2024, the Ordinary Meeting of the Working Group of the State Commission for the Regulation of Entrepreneurial Activity took place.

The meeting agenda included six topics to be examined, such as:

1. Substantiation Note and the draft Government Decision for the amendment of some Government Decisions (adjustment of the regulatory framework in the field of industrial security).
2. Substantiation Note and the draft Government Decision regarding the animal health standard for the movement of terrestrial animals and hatching eggs.
3. Substantiation Note and the draft Government Decision of plant protection products and amending certain normative acts (approval of the Regulation establishing uniform principles for the evaluation of plant protection products, the Regulation establishing data requirements applicable to plant protection products, the Regulation on labeling requirements for plant protection products).
4. Substantiation Note and the draft Government Decision on the approval of the Methodology for calculating tariffs and the Nomenclature of works and services provided for payment by the Public Institutions “National Seed Research and Production Center”, “National Institute for Applied Research in Agriculture and Veterinary Medicine” and “Agricultural and Rural Advisory Center”.
5. Substantiation Note and the draft Government Decision on the approval of the Regulation on the protection zones of electrical networks and the repeal of some Government Decisions.
6. Substantiation Note and the draft Government Decision on imposing a public service obligation on the transmission system operator and electricity distribution system operators in relation to access to the electricity network of large eligible producers.
