Meeting of the WG of the State Commission for the Regulation of Entrepreneurial Activity

On October 15, 2024, the Ordinary Meeting of the Working Group of the State Commission for the Regulation of Entrepreneurial Activity took place.

The meeting agenda included seven topics to be examined, such as:

1. Substantiation Note and the draft Government Decision for the implementation of the provisions of Law no. 28/2024 regarding the state border of the Republic of Moldova.
2. Substantiation Note and the draft Law on the prevention of unjustified geoblocking.
3. Substantiation Note and the draft Government Decision for the approval of the Regulation regarding the activity of car service center.
4. Substantiation Note and the draft Government Decision for the approval of the Sanitary and Veterinary Norm regarding official controls and the establishment of uniform minimum frequencies of controls performed on animals, products of animal origin and germinal material.
5. Substantiation Note and the draft Government Decision for the approval of the Sanitary and Veterinary Norm regarding the protection and well-being of animals during transportation.
6. Substantiation Note and the draft Government Decision for the approval of the Veterinary Sanitary Norm regarding animal health concerning the movement and transportation handling of certain species and categories of animals, germinal materials and products of animal origin.
7. Substantiation Note and the draft Government Decision on establishments holding land animals and hatcheries and the traceability of certain land animals held and hatching eggs.
