Meeting of the WG of the State Commission for the Regulation of Entrepreneurial Activity

Today, 8 October 2024, representatives of the Association of Foreign Investors in Moldova (FIA) participated in the Ordinary Meeting of the Working Group of the State Commission for the Regulation of Entrepreneurial Activity.

Among the main topics examined within the meeting, were:

1. Draft Government Decision regarding the approval of some regulations in the field of rail transport.
2. Substantiation Note and the draft Government Decision for the approval of the sanitary-veterinary norm for aquaculture units and aquatic animal transporters.
3. Substantiation Note and the draft Government Decision for the approval of the norm on the authorization of germinal material units and traceability and animal health requirements for the circulation of germinal material originating from certain owned land animals (cattle, pigs, sheep, goats and horses).
4. Substantiation Note and the draft Government Decision regarding the National Control System for trade in strategic goods in the Republic of Moldova.
5. Regulatory Impact Analysis and draft Government Decision on granting the status of fiscal monopoly to the joint-stock company “Metalferos” on the ferrous scrap market in the Republic of Moldova.
