The Working Group for the period 2024-2028 and the action plan for its implementation held its final meeting on 18 January.
The aim of the Economic Diplomacy Development Programme for 2024-2028 is to provide an effective framework for inter-institutional cooperation to achieve the objectives of economic diplomacy, aimed at attracting investment and promoting exports, which will contribute to economic development and the enhancement of external economic relations.
During the meeting chaired by the Secretary of State of the Ministry of Economic Development and Digitisation of the Republic of Moldova, Cristina Ceban, the final draft of the Economic Diplomacy Development Programme was presented, the objectives and priorities of the sector were discussed and the necessary actions for further implementation were set out.
The meeting was attended by representatives of the Ministry of Economic Development and Digitisation of the Republic of Moldova, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and European Integration of the Republic of Moldova, the Investment Agency/Invest Moldova Agency, the Customs Service of the Republic of Moldova, the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Republic of Moldova and the business community.
