The meeting of the Permanent Council on the labor market, labor relations and wage policy was held on 14 February 2022.
According to the Agenda, the following topics were discussed:
✅ Adjustment of the national normative framework (Law on state control on entrepreneurial activity no. 131/2012 and Law on State Labor Inspectorate no. 140/2001) to the provisions of the International Labor Organization Conventions no. 81 on labor inspection in industry and commerce and no. 129 on labor inspection in agriculture, by excluding the State Labor Inspectorate from the incidence of the Law on state control over entrepreneurial activity no. 131/2012. (MMPS, MEC, ISM, CNSM, CNPM)
✅ Initiation of the ratification process of ILO Convention no. 190/2019 on the elimination of violence and harassment at work (MMPS, CNSM, CNPM).
✅ Creation of extrajudiciary mechanisms for the settlement of individual labor disputes (MMPS).
