The meeting of the National Council for Dispute Resolution, organized under the auspices of the State Chancellery, took place today as part of ongoing efforts to optimize state control mechanisms and strengthen dialogue between authorities and the business community.
The meeting agenda included key topics aimed at improving the regulatory climate in the Republic of Moldova, including:
✅ The draft Government Decision on amending the regulatory framework related to the planning of state controls;
✅ Proposals for adjusting the methodology for setting objectives and performance indicators for state control bodies;
✅ Other relevant issues related to improving the efficiency of dispute resolution between public authorities and the private sector.
FIA Moldova was represented at the meeting by Ana Groza, Executive Director, reaffirming the association’s commitment to promoting a fair and transparent business environment.
