Economic Council’s Working Group nr.2 Meeting on ”Cross-Border Trade Facilitation” was held on 1st of July, 2016.

Key subjects tackled during the meeting were:

  • The implementation of TARIM System (Integrated Customs Tariff of the Republic of Moldova);
  • The simplification of export procedures for animal products;
  • The removal of technical barriers when exporting phytosanitary and animal products;
  • Repatriation of funds;
  • Payment of import VAT etc.
