This week, the regular meeting of the Dispute Resolution Council (DRC) within the National Agency for Public Health (ANSP) took place.
The main purpose of the meeting was to examine a preliminary request submitted by an economic operator, seeking to have the issue included on the meeting agenda for review and resolution.
FIA Moldova actively participated in the discussions and was represented by Ana Groza, Executive Director, who advocated for the interests of the business community.
The Dispute Resolution Council serves as an important mechanism for protecting the rights and interests of economic agents in relation to administrative decisions, contributing to greater transparency and accountability of public institutions.
