The Executive Management of CNPM presented the Annual Report of the activities and measures undertaken in 2020, among which can be listed:
✅ meetings with decision-makers, during which topics such as state controls, modernization of labor relations, meal vouchers, entrepreneurial patents, conducting public tenders, HoReCa taxes, Justice Reform, criteria for contracting health care providers within the system of compulsory health insurance and others were addressed;
✅ the approval of some amendments to the Labor Code, based on the proposals formulated by CNPM;
✅ submission of the Project regarding the “Temporary Work Agent”;
✅ high capacity involvement in the exercise of revising the Occupation Classifier of the Republic of Moldova;
✅ presentation of Tax and Customs Policy proposals for the year 2021;
✅ and others.
The Board of Directors Meeting also set out the priorities / activities for next year and approved the budget for 2021.
