A new meeting of the Advisory Council of the State Tax Service was held online on 12 October.
According to the Agenda, the following topics were discussed:
✅Presentation of information on taken actions following the meeting of the Advisory Council dated 17 June 2022;
✅Opinions and proposals related to the optimization of the VAT refund procedure without thematic control;
✅Identification of risk areas in the area of tax administration that would serve as subjects for a survey;
✅Proposals on improving voluntary compliance related to tax declaration and tax compliance by taxpayers.
