UN Moldova organized a meeting dedicated to Women’s Empowerment Principles (WEPs) on 11 August, with the involvement of Moldovan business associations, private partner companies signatory to WEPs and development partners Organisation for the Development of Entrepreneurship (ODA Moldova), European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) and the Economic Council, in addition to the Prime Minister.
The meeting aimed to generate discussions on the opportunities and benefits of signing WEPs for both business and society.
FIA was represented at the meeting by Ms. Irina Strajescu, Moldcell.
