The official launch event of the project “Strengthening Climate Resilience and Empowering Women in the Republic of Moldova” recently took place, implemented in partnership by UNDP and UN Women Moldova 🤝.
The event aimed to mark the operational start of the project and to lay the foundation for effective implementation and strong coordination with stakeholders.
The initiative seeks to eliminate systemic barriers that limit women’s participation in the agriculture and forestry sectors, while also promoting women’s leadership, equitable access to knowledge, and active involvement in decision-making processes 🗳️.
FIA Moldova was represented by Ana GROZA, Executive Director, who supports initiatives that enhance women’s access to tailored vocational training, financial support, and opportunities to develop green and sustainable businesses ♻️🌿 – thus contributing to local economic development and environmental protection 🌎.
