A well-managed complaint is not a risk, but an opportunity to earn consumer trust!
Today, the Foreign Investors Association in Moldova (FIA), in collaboration with the European Consumer Centre in the Republic of Moldova (ECC Moldova), organized an information session dedicated to the effective management of consumer complaints.
The event brought together representatives of FIA member companies responsible for handling complaints, along with public institutions and профиль organizations, providing a platform for dialogue, exchange of experience, and the promotion of best practices in consumer relations.
The session agenda included:
• the importance of a fair and efficient relationship with consumers to strengthen trust and loyalty;
• the legal framework and best practices in handling consumer complaints, including the launch of the “Professional Guide to Resolving Consumer Complaints,” developed by ECC Moldova;
• modern solutions for receiving and managing complaints electronically, including the e-Democracy platform.
Participants had the opportunity to deepen their knowledge of legal obligations and available tools, contributing to the development of more transparent and sustainable relationships between companies and consumers.
FIA Moldova thanks all speakers and partners involved – ECC Moldova, CXCore, the e-Governance Agency, the State Inspectorate for the Supervision of Non-Food Products and Consumer Protection, and the Independent Analytical Center Expert-Grup – for their expertise and valuable contributions.
Through this initiative, FIA Moldova reaffirms its commitment to supporting a responsible business environment aligned with European consumer protection standards.
