Shopping malls have not only faced the challenges of the pandemic, which has led to their complete closure for several months and a sharp decline in trade. The most difficult was the unpredictability of decisions on post-opening restrictions, as well as their different interpretation by authorities at different levels.
At the informal meeting of FIA Executive Director, Ms. Ana Groza, the management of ICS Lemi Invest SA noted the need for the Government to develop clear and transparent rules of activity per industry, but also their strict compliance by all businesses.
