IFC Workshop

As head of the Economic Council 3rd working group, on June 27, FIA Executive Director, Mrs Ana Groza, together with other working groups’ coordinators and experts of the Council Secretariat participated in “Designing and Managing Projects for Results” workshop organized by International Finance Corporation World Bank Group.

The purpose of the workshop was to improve participants’ skills in designing and managing projects for results, covering the identification of the development challenge, choosing solutions, conducting a stakeholder analysis, developing the theory of change, incorporating risks into the project and measuring results.

The workshop was led by Kamal Siblini, Senior Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist, World Bank Group, supported by Yuriy Kuzmyn, Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist and Victoria Tetyora, Private Sector Specialist, IFC.
