FIA's Board members met the President, Ms Maia Sandu

On April 14th, FIA’s Board members discussed with the President of the Republic of Moldova, Ms Maia Sandu, during an online meeting, the problems Moldovan business is currently facing.

A major concern of the business environment is the delay of the Justice Reform, one of the key proposals from FIA’s White Book and fully supported by the President.

Also, measures for fighting the COVID-19 pandemic were stressed. In this regard, economic strategies designed for the population and the business environment were discussed.

And last, but definitely not least, acceleration of the vaccination process, conducting direct negotiations with vaccine manufacturers and purchase of vaccines without applying the minimum price criterion were among the subjects of the meeting Agenda.
