FIA Workshop on “Transfer Pricing – New Changes and the Compliance Burden”

The Foreign Investors Association (FIA) held today the workshop “Transfer Pricing – New Changes and the Compliance Burden”, organized in collaboration with Forvis Mazars in Moldova.

The event brought together representatives of member companies from the financial sector, interested in the latest developments in transfer pricing and their impact on the tax compliance process.

The workshop covered a range of timely topics, including:
🔹 recent amendments to transfer pricing legislation;
🔹 documentation and reporting requirements;
🔹 preparation of the Local File and Master File;
🔹 case studies and practical examples of intra-group transactions;
🔹 tax risks and applicable penalties;
🔹 transfer pricing methods and comparability analysis.

The discussions provided participants with an opportunity to gain a deeper understanding of the new compliance requirements, key tax risks, and practical approaches to managing intra-group transactions.
