Event “Republic of Moldova – Partner in the Reconstruction Process of Ukraine” was held under the auspices of the American Chamber of Commerce, in collaboration with the Investment Agency 🤝.
The reconstruction of Ukraine will represent one of the largest efforts of this kind in Europe in recent decades 🏗️. Given the geographic proximity, existing economic relations, and the increasingly deep integration into the European Union 🇪🇺, the Republic of Moldova has the potential to play a significant role in supporting this process.
Beyond political solidarity 🤝, this role can take shape through practical economic cooperation — from the development of logistics corridors 🚛 and supply chains 🔗, to strengthening partnerships between companies from Moldova, Ukraine, and the wider region 🌍.
In this context, the main findings of the study conducted by the Kyiv School of Economics 📊 were presented during the event, analyzing this opportunity and highlighting how the infrastructure, industries, and business ecosystem of the Republic of Moldova can contribute to the reconstruction efforts.
FIA Moldova, represented at the event by Ana Groza – Executive Director 👩💼, will continue to support the active involvement of the business community in leveraging these opportunities, promoting sustainable partnerships 🌱 and contributing to strengthening the role of the Republic of Moldova in the regional reconstruction process.
