Dispute Resolution Council within the Civil Aviation Authority of RM

A new meeting of the Dispute Resolution Council within the Civil Aviation Authority of the Republic of Moldova was held on 12 April.

The subject of the meeting referred to the examination of one Preliminary Request submitted by a company, challenging the Minutes on inspection issued by the authority.

FIA, as a Council member, was represented by Cristina Tiscul, Project Manager.
