A new meeting of the Dispute Resolution Council within the Agency for Consumer Protection and Market Surveillance Inspectoratul Supraveghere Produse Nealimentare și Protecția Consumatorilor was held on 26 July.
The subject of the meeting referred to the examination of a Preliminary Request submitted by a company, challenging the Minutes issued by the authority.
FIA was represented by Cristina Tiscul, Project Manager.
