The Dispute Resolution Council of the State Inspectorate for the Supervision of Non–Food Products and Consumer Protection (ISSPNPC) convened today to examine a preliminary request submitted by an economic operator active in the telecom sector.
The request addressed the operator’s disagreement with the findings documented in the Inspection Report, following an unannounced inspection carried out by ISSPNPC representatives.
During the meeting, Council members reviewed the documentation submitted by the economic operator and considered the statements presented by the Inspectorate’s inspection team.
Discussions focused on both technical and legal aspects, aiming to clarify the issues raised and reach a fair resolution in accordance with the applicable legal framework.
