The Dispute Resolution Council Meeting within the Environmental Protection Inspectorate convened today to examine a preliminary request submitted by an economic operator active in the field of basic communal services management — water supply, sewage, sanitation, and housing infrastructure.
The request addressed the operator’s disagreement with the findings documented in the Inspection Report. During the meeting, Council members reviewed the documentation related to the case and considered the statements presented by the Inspectorate’s inspection team.
Discussions focused on both technical and legal aspects, aiming to clarify the issues raised and reach a fair resolution in accordance with the applicable legal framework.
