The State Labour Inspectorate (ISM) convened a regular session of its Dispute Resolution Council to address a preliminary appeal submitted by a company. The appeal challenged the outcomes of an inspection conducted by ISM in its role as the national labor regulatory authority.
Such meetings are essential for ensuring that the principles of transparency, fairness, and legal consistency are upheld in the application of regulatory measures. The active engagement of the business community in these proceedings reinforces institutional trust and contributes to a more predictable and balanced regulatory environment.
