On May 19, 2025, the National Agency for Food Safety (ANSA) convened a regular session of its Dispute Resolution Council. The primary focus of the meeting was the review of two preliminary appeals submitted by a company requesting the annulment of inspection findings issued by ANSA in its capacity as the competent regulatory authority.
The active involvement of the business community in such councils plays a crucial role in ensuring that regulatory procedures are applied fairly, transparently, and consistently—thereby enhancing trust and confidence in the institutional framework.
