On August 4, 2025, the Dispute Resolution Council of the National Agency for Food Safety (ANSA) held its regular session to examine a preliminary request submitted by a company seeking the annulment of inspection findings issued by ANSA in its capacity as the competent regulatory authority.
During the meeting, Council members conducted a thorough analysis of the legal and factual arguments presented in support of the request. Particular attention was paid to assessing whether the inspection process and subsequent findings adhered to principles of procedural fairness, regulatory compliance, and due process.
This session reaffirms the Council’s commitment to transparency, accountability, and the consistent application of state control regulations in the Republic of Moldova.
