On July 28, 2025, the Dispute Resolution Council meeting within the National Agency for Food Safety (ANSA) convened its regular session to review a series of preliminary requests submitted by three companies seeking the annulment of inspection findings issued by ANSA, acting as the competent regulatory authority.
The meeting focused on a comprehensive review of the legal and factual grounds supporting the requests. Council members carefully assessed whether the inspections and the issuance of findings complied with procedural fairness, regulatory standards, and due process requirements.
This session underscores the ongoing commitment to upholding integrity and accountability within the regulatory framework governing food safety.
