📢 Digitalization and Efficiency in Human Resources Processes – A Success Story from Efes Vitanta Moldova Brewery
Today, FIA members participated in an event dedicated to innovation in the field of human resources, hosted by Efes Vitanta Moldova Brewery. During the event, we explored the digital solutions implemented by the company to optimize HR processes, highlighting their positive impact on operational efficiency.
💬 The event was opened by Ana Groza, FIA Executive Director, and Serghei Baziuc, HR Department Director at Efes Vitanta, who emphasized the importance of digitalization in increasing productivity and adapting to the new realities of the labor market.
🏭 In addition to the presentation session, participants had the opportunity to visit the Efes Vitanta brewery – the first brewery in Chișinău. They learned about the company’s history, the stages of the brewing process, and the modern technologies used. The event concluded with an exclusive tasting of products from Efes Moldova’s portfolio.
