Consultations on the draft Negotiating Position for Chapter 10

A new round of consultations on the draft Negotiating Position for Chapter 10 – “Information Society and Media” took place under the auspices of the Ministry of Economic Development and Digitalization 🏛️.

During the meeting, documents with a high level of complexity under this chapter were analyzed, and the need for phased implementation of certain acts or the introduction of transition periods for their effective application was discussed.

These consultations represent an essential step in shaping a coherent and sustainable vision for aligning the Republic of Moldova 🇲🇩 with the EU acquis 🇪🇺 in the field of the information society and media 📡📰.
