On March 14, Foreign Investors Association representative participated at the ”Stay tuned in HR & business” conference, during which the Process Communication Model was presented – the most important team management tool based on human behavior, applied by NASA in the selection and training of astronaut teams.
The event was attended by top management and human resources of the biggest companies from the Republic of Moldova and Romania.
