On 9 December, the international scientific-practical conference “Adapting public services to the technological challenges and expectations of the business environment”, was organized on the occasion of marking the 30th anniversary of the founding of the State Registration Authority (State Registration Chamber), as well as the 20th anniversary of the establishment of the Licensing Authority (Licensing Chamber).
In her welcome speech, Ms. Ana Groza mentioned that the authorities will continue the upward trend of implementing digital solutions to improve the experience of citizens and business in accessing public services, in promoting their transparent and efficient interaction.
He also stressed that the priority of FIA members is ZERO physical interaction with central and local public authorities, where all processes should be digital. These and many other such priorities are set out in the White Book – the Association’s roadmap.
