FIA participated in the General Assembly of the National Confederation of Employers of the Republic of Moldova (CNPM) — an event marking 30 years of activity, representation, and social dialogue in support of the business community.
The Assembly brought together representatives of the employer community, institutional partners, and public authorities, including Prime Minister Alexandru Munteanu and Minister of Finance Andrian Gavriliță.

During the meeting, CNPM members unanimously elected Ana Groza, Executive Director of FIA, as President of the Confederation — a vote of confidence that we receive with responsibility.
Ana Groza emphasized that this new stage should be defined by continuity, consolidation, and adaptation — with a strong, balanced, and representative employers’ voice for businesses across Moldova: large and small companies, local and foreign capital, Chișinău and the regions, traditional sectors and emerging industries.
For the upcoming period, three priority directions were outlined:
▪️ strengthening balanced employer representation and common business positions
▪️ developing a social dialogue with real impact, based on consultation, arguments, and legislative predictability
▪️ ensuring the active involvement of the employer community in Moldova’s European integration agenda
