On August 15, Foreign Investors Association organized for its members an informal meeting in the format of a business breakfast with the President of the Republic of Moldova, Mr. Igor Dodon.
The participants addressed topics and issues related to the latest fiscal reforms, patents in retail and trading, telecom industry, lack of labour force, Internal Trade Law, fair competition within health care system, etc.
In addition, FIA members welcomed President’s initiative of the Business Ombudsman function establishment, and agreed to participate at public consultations and to contribute to define this draft law.
At the end, Mr. President assured FIA members that the presidential administration will always consider the interests of the real economy sector, including through systematic consultations.
