Ana Groza, Executive Director of the Foreign Investors Association in Moldova (FIA), in her capacity as a Board Member of AFAM – the Association of Women Entrepreneurs in Moldova, participated in AFAM’s semi-annual meeting.
During the meeting, association members reviewed the results achieved in the first half of the year and set priorities for the second half. Discussions focused on defining budgets, outlining projects and strategic initiatives, and establishing clear objectives aimed at generating real value for entrepreneurs and the business community in the Republic of Moldova.
The meeting also provided an open platform for dialogue and exchange of ideas, where participants actively contributed with perspectives and solutions to support the development of women’s entrepreneurship and strengthen the economic ecosystem.
Women’s entrepreneurship continues to play a vital role in the economy— not only by inspiring, but also by providing concrete tools for growth, innovation, and resilience.
