On 21 March, a meeting was held to relaunch the work of the Advisory Council of the Ministry of Finance in the field of taxes and duties.
πThe Council is planned to be a platform for dialogue where proposals on optimizing the tax and customs regulatory framework and improving the work of the Ministry of Finance and subordinate institutions will be submitted and discussed.
The Ministry of Finance has also set up 4 working groups to identify the constraints in the implementation of the related legislation and identify optimal solutions, as follows:

The method of taxation of non-residents as a result of the amendments made by Law No. 356/2022 on the amendment of some normative acts;

The implementation of the transfer pricing concept following the amendments made by Law 356/2022 and the presentation of proposals on the development of the secondary regulatory framework;
β
Reviewing the mechanism for carrying out transport activity by simplifying the process of submitting the necessary documents;
β
Revision of the provisions of Government Decision no.10/2012 with a view to adjusting the ceilings for employee delegation expenses, including the possibility of adjusting Government Decision no.693/2018 in the part concerning the deduction of those expenses.
