On 31 October, FIA Executive Director Ana Groza, together with the members of the association, participated in the preliminary consultations on the new regulations, approved under Law No. 231/2010 on internal trade, organized by the Minstry of Economy.
The purpose of these amendments is to remove ambiguities in the implementation and application of existing legal rules, which are found in various regulatory acts, approved by Government decisions.
