On November 16, 2017 FIA representative participated at the Joint International Conference ”Efficiency, performance and quality management in healthcare system”, organized by the Union of Private Medical Institutions in partnership with Ministry of Health, Labour and Social Protection. During the event were presented relevant solutions for the healthcare system in the Republic of Moldova, as well as best practices of efficiency, performance enhancement and increase of medical services quality. The impact of the event: sharing the experience of other countries, like: Estonia, Lithuania, Georgia and Ukraine, in order to consolidate the health system of the Republic of Moldova. In addition, the event outlined the importance of the medical services quality, cost-effectiveness ratio, and the level of patient satisfaction, that play a major role in the functioning of a patient friendly health system.
